What counts as a "season"?
A season is a single registration-to-championship cycle. Spring season, fall season, summer camp — each is one season. Year-round leagues can contact us for annual pricing.
Can I switch tiers mid-season?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the next season.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Pay per season. If you don't run a season, you don't pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards and ACH transfers. We can also invoice for Association-tier customers.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Peer10 is paid by the organization. Parents and players access the platform for free.
What happens to our data between seasons?
Your data is always available. Institutional memory carries forward — rosters, decisions, and patterns are preserved across seasons automatically.
